[StBernard] **UNUSED** FEMA trailers???

Its very exasperating. We have a home that is half-damaged and are ready,
willing and able to repair it. We were first told the Parish was holding up
the inspections because they had to inspect first, in order for the FEMA
inspectors to come in. They finally did that in mid November and asked where
we wanted our trailor; we said right out front. To this day we can't get a
straight answer. "You'll get one but we can't give you a time frame". My
husband lost patience, as this weather is the best time to do the repairs,
(he's not going to be ripping and gutting in July)! We are finally renting
our own and paying for our own electrician (and sending FEMA the bill for
what its worth). I wouldn't count on anything they say, am afraid they have
deserted us castaways; I am very disappointed in our government after our
children and fathers give their lives for them. Rather than harbor false
hopes, I'd be coming up with plan D by now. Msmudpie
