The areas below the violet canal that you mention were not identified to
this point because of the history of your area.  It is not to deny the area
of attention.  The same services that are being offered to other areas are
being offered to the eastern side of the parish.

What about below the Viole Canal. Neighborhoods like Reunion and Riverbend,
that stayed dry for Betsy had 6-8 feet of water and took forever to drain.
They do not seem to be getting the same attention as Chalmette and Meraux.
Is it worthwhile to try and rebuild if you feel like your not going to feel
like a part of the parish.
