Using the Marquis signs would be a good idea- if the cost to repair them has
been accounted for already I'll push the issue.

There are at least 3 marquis-stadium-sized boards in the parish: Fredrick
Sigur Auditorium, Nunez Comm. College(Paris Rd), and Chalmette High.

Put them into full operation spanning opening businesses/locations. No one's
