We are in communication with the state hazard mitigation office and awaiting
clarification of the formula they will be using for the mitigation
priorities.  Whatever the decision is, keep in mind that mitigation is set
up as a voluntary participation program.
 
The delay of the decision is built in to the process, with the first round
of applications to access the intitial close to 11 million dollars is due
march 1.
