Home Energy Rebate Option (HERO) Program 
Home Energy Rebate Option participants who have not received payment should
confirm their current mailing address post Hurricane Katrina/Rita by
contacting the program at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources at
(225) 342-3842 or 1-800-836-9589. 

Special provisions are in effect for new and existing HERO program
participants due to impacted storm areas. For more information visit the DNR
