this sitauation continues to be a problem.  call public works and leave the
message of the address and send me a copy as well.  The problem as been that
no agency has been the lead on the issue.

My parents, who live on Perrin, have a wrecked car that was 
pushed onto their lawn about 2 months ago.  It is between the 
sidewalk and the street.  We are gutting their house and it is in the 
way of the trash.   The license plate is not on the car and it is 
marked with an X.  How do we get it removed?
