	This is a little long, but I don't respond often so here it is:
	
	I thought I might give you another perspective on the Baker Bill.  I
support
	
	the bill, but think the insurance proceeds should be subtracted
first.

Ok, if the insurance proceeds are subtracted, then the total of my premiums
paid over the years should be added back on.
