I had to laugh at this one: the Vanilla Parish near the Chocolate City. 
All
we need is Ponchatoula Strawberries and we have Napolitain.
Heard the traffic report today, there was a delay on I 10 inbound 
toward the
'chocolate city'. I think this one will stick.

I saw Doug Brinkley on Hardball with Chris Matthews tonight.  He said
something along the lines of with all the "Nagainisms" that have come from
hiz honor's mouth since the storm, tha t he's obviously suffering from PTSD
and should immediately resign and an interim mayor should be appointed. 
 
Obviously the guy is not up to the job...just think Cox Communications and
lying on a resume.  
 
I saw something on nola.com about the bidding rights for Mardi Gras
sponsorship and that Hersheys had outbid Nestles, but no word from Godiva
yet.   LOL!!
