[StBernard] Insurance Question

Jaime,

I was told that once I got a contractor to commit to
do the repairs, all I had to do was have them send a
letter to the insurance co., and they would send me a
check for the recoverable depreciation.
Nonrecoverable depreciation is simply money lost.
Hope that helps.
