with the local firm of Zehner and Associates, has done many homes in 
Corinne Estates, and everyone he has worked for has been pleased.. He 
is quite reasonably priced and affordable, but let him quote his rate 
to you. Keep in mind that his report is also protection should you sell 
your home or if your insurance company wants to contest paying off on 
any future claim saying the house was unfit and you rebuilt it. The 
couple of hundred dollars for a professional civil engineering report 
printed for you at the time you go through the property with him is 
well worth it. He provides advice and answers questions. The parish 
wants one of the original reports to place in their file for each home 
rated 30% or more damaged and they will file it anyway for homes less
