[StBernard] Women of the Storm

Today in an interview, Senator Landrieu said that all the affected parishes
had at least one woman as part of the Women of the Storm delegation that
visited Congress.She made a point of saying that this included St. Bernard
and Plaquemine. Just curious, who was the St. Bernard woman? I'd like to get
her perspective on the visit.
