[StBernard] Junior on WWL (TV or radio?)

This is going to be very convoluted sounding, but here goes...
 
My cousin was at the B'ham Boat Show up here and there was a couple with a
booth there that they started chatting with. They are from the area.  
 
The woman said she heard or saw Junior on WWL talking about the fact that
there are 500 FEMA trailers sitting in the parish and FEMA and contractor
are dragging their butts getting them set up.
 
The woman said Junior was asking that anyone had a lot or whatever they
could put a FEMA trailer on, to contact him (?) or the parish and he was
going to try to commandeer the trailers to put on homeowner's properties and
the homeowners (?) could work on getting them set up.
 
I checked WWL TV and the radio websites but found nothing concerning this.
 
The woman also said that basically FEMA and the contractor Flour were s
itting around with their thumbs up their butts and not accomplishing much of
anything.
 
If anyone does have any info about this could you pass it along on the list
please?
