Because Tonry & Ginart did not jump on the bandwagon right away.  And, I
think Tonry and Torres are on opposing political sides also.  Tonry is old
school Rowley ticket and the Rowley ticket clobbered Torres.

Remember, the order only stops Murphy from talking unless you opt out the
class.  You can still go talk to Tonry & Ginart before making a decision to
withdraw or not.

Tonry & Ginart offered free representation to people seeking assistance in
the oil spill...why aren't they being used as counsel in all of this. Why is
it only Mr. Torres who is taking his normal percentage, any reason?
