[StBernard] Traffic Lights

    I am wondering when the traffic lights will be working properly in St.
Bernard again.  More specifically the light at the intersection of Palmisano
and Judge Perez.  I was in the parish last week and noticed the children
getting out of school and no traffic light at the corner.  Not everyone was
coming to a complete stop for the stop signs there.  I think this is another
tragedy waiting to happen.  If you can't get all of them working, then maybe
just this one for the sake the school kids.  If not a light then maybe a
deputy to direct traffic at that time.
