 Craig, of course you do! It's the most practical, efficient, and best
thought-plan of utilizing a development under the given circumstances.
Whether it's a Golf Course, green space, buffer-territory or plain "get us
away from the immediate impact area", common sense dictates what needs to be
done. If it can be done, you will be the one to get it established, no
ands-ifs-and-buts about it.

I like the idea of the oil spill area buyout and development- certainly if
there is a way to push that amount of oil related buy-out it would make for
a totally different redevelopment opportunity.  Keep in mind that a golf
course is just a concept
