Great news today from Atmos. The miscommunications have been cleared. 
Atmos is no longer thinking they are banned from repairing lines in the oil
spill area according to the supervisor running the crews.

  Also, I hear the utility companies are now understanding that any property
in the oil spill area that has been tested by Murphy and determined by EPA
to be below contaimination levels and the address is entered into EPA's
database that goes to FEMA that property will be able to get a FEMA trailer
and utility hook-ups. If the property has not been tested or tested above
contamination levels and not yet cleaned to below levels, then that address
will not be given the greenlight for a FEMA trailer until tested below the
contamination levels.
