Leave it to Jay Leno not to miss a good opportunity for a joke.  Just a
minute ago in his monologue he said . . .
 
"City leaders in New Orleans are hailing the reopening of Harrah's Casino in
New Orleans as a sign of major progress.  Harrah's marketing theme is "If
you didn't lose your home to Hurricane Katrina, come lose it here."
