I understand your frustration and you should be aware that this was an issue
that has been persued for months now.  An approved contract in New Orleans
should indicate that our proposals should be signed off on as well.
 
 I hope that you take the time to understand what has been done to pursue
this instead of suggesting the lack of effort on our part as a whole.
