If they are a legitimate tour group, why not go out and speak with them.
These are the people who would be showing the out of towners, who can go
back home and speak with their congressmen, senators, etc.  There are some
residents in Lakeview who have even made arrangements with the tour
companies and are serving the people coffee and water to answer their
questions and let them know what is still needed.
