comprehensive report then must be submitted to the Louisiana Recovery
Authority by March 20, 2006.

If you are to unable to attend these meetings, please see the draft slide
presentation on the CRC's web site (www.stbpcrc.com) or the St. Bernard
Parish web site (www.sbpg.net),which highlights all of the CRC's proposed
projects. Please note that the housing portion of the report is not
finalized - the CRC is waiting on the new elevation advisory (due March 15,
2006) to finalize the housing plan.

As background: On Tuesday November 15, 2005, the St. Bernard Parish Council
adopted a resolution establishing The St. Bernard Citizens Recovery
Committee (CRC) as an ad hoc citizen action committee. The goal of the
Committee is to help and advise the St. Bernard Parish Council on the
adoption of long term community recovery plan, as requested by the Louisiana
Recovery Authority (LRA) to respond to the devastation caused by Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita.

Council Chairman, Joey DiFatta, named Honorable Judge David Gorbaty and
Louisiana Recovery Authority appointee, Walter Leger, Esquire, as
Co-Chairman of the 36 member Parish Citizens Recovery Committee.

The Committee is actively seeking input from all parish citizens. Citizen
input is vital as the committee works towards completing a written
comprehensive report which MUST be submitted to the State's Louisiana
Recovery Authority by March 20, 2006.
