Can't believe Cliff Reuther. This is the type of things that cause all the
confusion in the parish. This is one of the members of the board. Does he
know how many homes and families he is talking about?

While the committee didn't make specific recommendations about flood-prone
neighborhoods, committee member Cliff Reuther said residents living north of
Judge Perez Drive should consider relocating closer to the Mississippi
River, where the land is much higher.
