	About a year ago both mosquito control and the board of health told
me to

Goldfish? The kind I can buy at Walmart or a pet shop? I could get some and
drop in the neighborhood pools as they are not coming back and we deal with
mosquitoes. Would that be trespassing? Would that be animal cruelty? 
I do like the 'natural' idea better than the gallon of bleach to pour in
there.
