The proposal calls for building one set of gates where the Industrial Canal
flows into Lake Pontchartrain and a second set somewhere west of the
Mississippi River Gulf Outlet-Gulf Intracoastal Waterway juncture
 
I'm wondering where "somewhere west" is.
 
Is this what we want to settle for in the parish or do we want that damned
thing closed/filled in or whatever!!
