Craig,
  Who do we contact to let them know of our displeasure (to put it
mildly) with this idea?   I'm trying to picture where they could put
those and they NOT affect St. Bernard parish; I don't think there is any
such location.

This is not a plan we are supporting- we have fought the idea from its
