It is part of the New Orleans plan- try calling the LRA- maybe go through
the citizens recovery committee.  I am told that there may be something in
the works to get the projects we want as part of the gates new orleans
wants.  I believe the citizenz group is stbpcrc.com

  Who do we contact to let them know of our displeasure (to put it
mildly) with this idea?   I'm trying to picture where they could put
those and they NOT affect St. Bernard parish; I don't think there is any
