   Being in the oil spill area is an excuse that is used for everything !
One of our neighbors has hired a contractor to start repairs on their house.
When he went to get permits to get started, he was told he couldn't get them
because they were in the oil spill area. (But not according to Murphy or
Public Works) They need to get a new excuse or, better yet, do their job.
