Since DMV is a state office, your best bet is to approach either Rep. Nita
Hutter or Sen. Walter Boasso.  I think they will have more clout in getting
the bus to come to St. Bernard.

The MCSC is designed to provide services to large employers (300 or more
employees) on a scheduled visit.  This group includes (but is not limited
to) colleges/universities, plants, hospitals, medical centers, state
agencies and corporations.  The MCSC also provides motor vehicle services
throughout the state to communities that do not have a local motor vehicle
office.

It's a mobile DMV office in a motor home.  Maybe our parish govt. can get in
contact with DMV to see about having it show up for a visit!
