The Irish-Italian parade is looking for people.  With 24 floats, they need
people.

What kind of people?  They are looking for people to watch the parade.
People to march in the parade.  If you belong to a group that rides horses,
cars, unicycles or dances, plays music, walks on stilts, they want you to
participate in the parade.
