	We are in what one might consider a nightmare. There is an
incredible
	amount of disconnection between the people who are making decisions
with
	FEMA and elsewhere.
	
	Trying to apply simply logic to this process only seems to make it
worse.
	
	Last check, my bp was 168/108.
