This is for John Scurich:  I had an appraisal done for refinance in Nov. of
2004.  The difference in the appraisal, $195,000 and what I rec'd on flood
for dwelling, $125,000 is a considerable difference.  Would this still be
"good" for consideration or should I conduct a new one pre-Katrina fair
market value? Thanks CMB
