That is EXACTLY what I am hoping to do (with my property on JUDY DRIVE -
what a coincidence) I have already signed my loan closing docs, and am now
locked in to the loan modification department - what a nightmare!
We have already purchased another house, and did a conventional mortgage
that I am hoping to refinance through the SBA.
I have a purchase agreement signed for Judy Drive. I am hoping to get the
proceeds from the sale of the property BEFORE my loan modification paperwork
is finalized, in order to get the loan amount decreased instead of having to
just send that money in and buy down the loan.
I prefer to have a lesser loan with a LESSER monthly payment.
As far as I understand this is doable, but timing is of the essence.
In other words...when it's a full moon, and the stars are visible, and it's
not a leap year,and it's not a month that ends in "er", and Congress isn't
in session, and the President is not on vacation, and the birds are singing
it will all come together.
(LOL)
