Westley is correct.  On mitigation of these properties, the parish would
actually ask for the resident to assist in that process by making the 25%
contribution.

   I don't know how many others this would pertain to or if even to me in my
subdivision, but if we had flood and fell into the buyout/greenspace thing,
could we "donate" the 25% from the parish to the parish? I would really look
into this if this becomes a mandatory greenspace thing for my area.
