discussion with Judge Fallon to see if this can be moved.  I'll pass it on

out how many would be included rather than taking one at a time piecemeal?
The Judge is saying north of Genie and Murphy is saying otherwise. Yet,
those North of Genie are getting screwed being kept out of the "barrel of
knowledge" about the testing truth. 

If we know for certain whether there's oil above Genie, westward to Paris
Rd., we can know whether to opt out of the Class Action for personal
settlements. This knowledge would keep us from leaving any automatic class
action suit (which we probably can't crawl back into it once removed from
it), to discuss whether we're actually in it or not. This confusion has me
so pi$$ed, that if it weren't against the law, I'd consider breaking one.
