Does the buyout include Buccaneer Villa North?  The boundaries are a little
confusing to me, when you say east to west of the 40 arpent do you mean the
Delaronde Canal to the Cougar Canal?  If they are talking about buying out
Cougar and Benjamin either way Buccaneer is in the middle of the two
buyouts.
