Why the buyout of streets that border canals. I live on Gallo Dr. and had an
independent test of my property done. The canal banks and water were also
tested. The test results confirmed that the canal is contaminated with crude
oil, even after the cleaning has been performed. Is the parish buying these
areas so the canals can be remediated without incriminating Murphy Oil? If
that is the case let Murphy pay for their damage. If anyone would like to
