Oh hell, that's why I really don't want to bother now, in one way.  You're
gonna do all this and the money ain't there yet...(sigh)  I'll have to wait
until I get all the bank statements/FEMA letters on "awards", the insurance
papers/loss statements and THEN try to register.  I can't see it making any
sense to do it unless you have all that in front of you at the time.

Oh, it gets even worse when you go to answer the questions (20-25). I would
recommend answer all questions with the best possible answer for you, even
if it doesn't exactly fit.

I think they had some from the Corps of Engineers design the questionnaire.
