I vow to fight the proposal to penalize those who have been forced, for
whatever reason, to relocate to another area, state or even country if that
is what they have chosen.  How dare any public official judge the personal
decision I have made and dictate what compensation I should receive because
of my decision.  Is this not American and are we not free to choose our our
future?  I will sit on my property until the day I die before I give it
away.
