[StBernard] SBA Loan

I applied for the SBA loan in late September.  I heard from the SBA
inspector in mid Novermber.  In early December I was contacted by the first
SBA loan officer.  I informed her of my decision to relocate and she
forwarded my application to the legal department for loan modification.  At
that point I started a long draw out scenario regarding the mandatory payoff
of my loan.  After much heartache and worry my file was sent back to another
loan officer who accepted the mortgage note wording as the mandatory payoff
and my loan then was referred back to the legal department for final
preparation.  I am going to close on a new home in about a month and the SBA
has sent the check to the title company to hold until the closing.  I have
also received the contents portion of my loan in the form of a direct
deposit so that I can start to order furniture and other necessities. 
I signed some paperwork and returned those to the SBA before the check was
sent and the deposit was made but I am told that there will be more
paperwork to sign at the actual closing.  Hope that info helps.
