"Hate to say it, but Louisiana will be behind Mississippi again, we were
in
the casino thing, and now in rebuilding. Why can't we just get it right
once? --Wendy Hall"

**You know, I've thought about this through the years of pensating,
comprehending and so forth before coming to my personal conclusion from
what
I've observed.

The problem with this state and so many of its people is the attitude:
"It's
good enough."

Yes, it's good enough. Never, as in other geographical areas where the
attitude is, "how can I make it better than before."

I'm not saying that we didn't have the funding of New York, Florida or
California. I'm saying that the common consensus of people from laborers
to
politicians seems to be. "it's good enough (or good enough for them,
since
they don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground"<G>)..

With such attitudes from laborers, the pride of workmanship or honing of
the
craft applies. For Businessmen/politicians (unethical or otherwise,
perhaps), it's "how can I filter down just what is needed for these
drones?"

Yes, we do have sincere, genuinely honest officials and businessman.
However, the overall general agreement most have is that "why not get BY
with...". That our friends, IS the attitude.

Whether quality is compromised or attitude is not challenged to (as the
Army
says)Make it (Be)all that you can be!", it's always the same ending to
the
same beginning, "Get in and get out! Let the next one fix it if they
don't
like it."

"Getting it right once", alas ..is a foreign term in our proud state for
many who must have lost the art of perfection along the way. Until
attitudes
change for the better, well....
