Okay Craig, thanks a lot.  There are lots of rumors out there and it is
difficult to know fact from fiction.  (sigh)  It would help when this stuff
starts flying around to have an official statement from the parish from,
maybe, Cannizaro or a post on the parish website.  That's not directed to
you personally, just a wish or whatever.

	The post is inaccurate. The 31 million dollars is not unaccounted
for.
	There is actually much more than the 31 million that has been
accounted for-
	the audit process is the process that is holding things up- To put
it in
	perspective our annual audit for parish government is a 4 - 6 month
process.
	The bureaucratic auditing process could be handled in many different
ways,
	the caution that is being used currently has the potential to really
cause
	continued problems. Make no mistake that there will plenty of
opportunities
	to point lots and lots of fingers before this is over, but it is
hoped that
	the things that are pointed out will be accurate.
