[StBernard] Atmos gas

Today we had a note by the house that Atmos Gas Service is now available in
our area, to make sure one has all the inspections and permits before
calling. This came after a few days of Atmos trucks picking up meters and
working on stuff.
 
Now we see BellSouth trucks and workers. I consider that progress and good
news.
