Note: In considering  hiring additional deputies  or  out sourcing  with
"hired guns" it's not only the salary that our deputies  receive but
fringe benefits attached such as vacation time earned, holiday pay etc must
be considered and added to the total cost of a deputy. I'm sure that Major
Tufaro has factored all pertinent data into his analysis prior to making
this recommendation.
