Is there any other way to see the unveiling of the proposal without being in
St. Bernard?  Will someone record it with a camcorder and allow it to be
aired at a later time?  I am not yet back in St. Bernard but desparately
trying to get closer and  will be home soon.  I DEFINITELY have an interest
in the future of St. Bernard but just cannot be there tonight.
