Both of those questions are rumors.  The mobile home parks will house
previous residents of the parks first and then fill in other St. Bernard
residents just as will happen in the other trailer park that you mentioned.

   My son & daughter-in-law had their name in for a trailer in one of the
trailer parks that were in existance prior to Katrina.  They were told FEMA
threw the owner's list away & is going to put New Orleans residents in
there.  Can this be done legally ?  Another "rumor" I heard was that the new
FEMA trailer park that Lynn Dean has donated his land for, was donated by
him to only be used for New Orleans residents.  Rumor or truth ?  If truth,
Mr. Dean needs to be relieved of his duties due to incompetence.
