Sorry this needs to be clearer for me. I know we were told by March 31 we
would have to be on one list or the other. Either for gutting or Demolishing
if we were not on this list and decided later to demolish we would have to
pay for it ourselves. My question is if I cannot make it back to the parish
by March 31 will it still be free. We need a straight answer.
