[StBernard] Neighborhood Stink

It's the parish government and their lack of leadership and decision making
that is causing this problem, not your neighbors and the citizens. We are
just confused people with no answers and ever changing answers on which
direction to move toward. We want to do something just as much as you want
us to do something. We are stuck in limbo because of politics, government
red tape, and I fear, corruption. I'm sorry for your situation and I know
the rest of us don't mean to cause further burden and discomfort to you. If
this is the same Mr. Forsyth with the Servants of Christ, I thank you for
all your work and all you do.
