Regardung the statement "When one Councilman asked: "why Unified when other
companies charged less for certain items" the response was less that
satisfying. Only two councilmen opposed the contract." in Mr. Chaoman's
article, I would like to know who were the 2 who opposed the contract.
Hopefully, one was my councilman.
