[StBernard] Homes near 40 arpent canal need HELP!

Hey Kriste Buck,
 
The areas along the 40 arpent are as eligible as any other areas and if the
LRA responds to our request to allow some portion of insurance to not be
deducted in the amount of assistance granted in the housing program.  With
the Duany plan proposing the increased drainage and canal system the missing
peice to this is the LRA plan.  We would love to have a plan that helps
everyone.
