[StBernard] Opt out of Class Action suit

Melanie:  Good luck,  I went to murphy because they tested my soil around
the middle of december/early january.  they refused to give me my results
becuase of the class action suit, I was told I have to go through Torres
because he is my attorney of choice, which I immediately corrected..that is
the judges choice, not mine.  If you know of any way I can get my results, I
would appreciate an answer also.  avanwi at dcc.edu
