[StBernard] Opt out of Class Action (Syl)

Hi, Syl.

If what you say happened to you as " can tell you if you are positive or
not"

..then it didn't happen to me. They tell me yesterday that they CANNOT give
me this info unless I opt out of the class action suit. Such inconsistency
merits the "a$$hole of the year" award.

Imagine some being considerate, others either wish to follow Judge V's
letter of the law or simply wants to protect its interest from we victims
seeking the truth. If it's a legal move, then they're holding a strict
construction of the law. If it's illegal to do so, a coverup to people
finding out the truth about their property exists. With so much cover-ups
existing these days in every aspect of society and governments there are are
chilling effects which go beyond ethicity and a promise of neighbors
existing in our community.

If Judge V is wrong to keep us from seeking what we must know, then someone
in St. Bernard needs to challenge the ruling. "I smell a rat" is the order
of the day, and we're just not finding them in our homes and rubbish.
